UK Bank Holiday Monday weather to be a washout – but glorious mid-20s temperatures to make May a month of sunshine

SIZZLING temperatures and sunshine will provide the perfect start to May after a gloomy Bank Holiday with forecasters predicting the month could bring a “lot of fine weather” and highs of to 28C.

Warmer than average conditions are expected from Tuesday with highs of more than 20C and less rainfall than normal.
