Tattoo parlour ‘refused to serve Greggs employee because he has HIV… claiming it would cost too much to dispose of the needles’

A TATTOO studio allegedly refused to serve a customer who wanted to get the HIV charity ribbon inked onto his body… because he suffers from the condition himself.

“Angry and disgusted” Matt Charlton accused Black Sheep Tattoo Company in Chester-le-Street, Country Durham, of turning him away because the “clinical disposal” of the needle used on him would cost too much.
