Senate mulls expelling South African companies from Nigeria

If reports filtering in are anything to go by, leading South African companies may be shown the way out of Nigeria.

This is on the aegis of the recent xenophobic attacks experienced by Nigerians in South Africa.

In a reprisal move, the Senate is considering excusing DSTV, MTN, and Shoprite out of Nigeria.

Senator Olusola Adeyeye representing Osun Central constituency of Osun State gave the hint during Tuesday’s plenary.

The South Africans are annoyed that Nigerians are taking over their jobs and opportunities.
